Vendor FAQs
Freeman is our booth logistics provider. Below is some general information that will be helpful along with Freeman’s Info document. Any additional questions along with Freeman’s customer support can be found here
General vendor move-in will begin on Wednesday, August 20th. Vendors with a mobile unit will receive a specific move-in time.
How many badges do I have? 10x10 booths come with 3 badges, 10x20s come with 4, and all bigger booths come with 6.
You have or will receive an email with a discount code for your badges to be used here
You are not required to ship your booth. Contact Freeman for specifics.
If you have a mobile unit that is part of your booth display, please coordinate with Freeman and The Huge Convention Team for logistics.

You can purchase power and internet directly from the hotel. Please use the form provided in your Freeman account.
