🎟️ What is included my ticket purchase?
All Huge events except for designated Huge Mastermind events are included with your ticket. Tuesday and Wednesday pre-show classes are available at an additional cost and can be found on our home page

❓Questions about your booth logistics?
Freeman is our booth logistics provider. Below is some general information that will be helpful along with Freeman’s Info document. Any additional questions along with Freeman’s customer support can be found here
📦 When is my move in time?
General vendor move-in will begin on Wednesday, August 20th. Vendors with a mobile unit will receive a specific move-in time.
🏷️ How many badges do I have?
How many badges do I have? 10x10 booths come with 3 badges, 10x20s come with 4, and all bigger booths come with 6.
📝 How do I register my badges?
You have or will receive an email with a discount code for your badges to be used here
🚛 Do I have to ship my booth?
You are not required to ship your booth. Contact Freeman for specifics.
🚗 Can I bring a vehicle inside the show?
If you have a mobile unit that is part of your booth display, please coordinate with Freeman and The Huge Convention Team for logistics.
📢 Can I become a show sponsor?
Yes you can! We have sponsorships available. Contact [email protected] for more information
🎤 Questions about Power and Internet for your booth?
You can purchase power and internet directly from the hotel. Please use the form provided in your Freeman account.
🔌 Questions about Audio Visual (AV)?
Your contact for AV needs is Encore. If you have questions regarding AV needs, access ordering information here.
🧳How do I reserve my hotel room?
