❓Questions about your booth logistics?
Freeman is our booth logistics provider. Below is some general information that will be helpful along with Freeman’s Info document. Any additional questions along with Freeman’s customer support can be found here
📦 When is my move in time?
Move-in time is from 1pm-5pm on Thursday, August 22nd. We will be in contact with you as the event gets closer with your specific move in time. Vendors with larger vehicles, booths and equipment may have an earlier move-in time
🏷️ How many badges do I have?
How many badges do I have? 10x10 booths come with 3 badges, 10x20s come with 5, and all bigger booths come with 8.
📝 How do I register my badges?
You have or will receive an email with a discount code for your badges to be used here
🚛 Do I have to ship my booth?
No, you can carry it in. Contact Freeman for specifics.
🚗 Can I bring a vehicle inside the show?
Yes, please contact Freeman for assistance with this.
📢 Can I become a show sponsor?
Yes you can! We have sponsorships available. Contact [email protected] for more information
🎤 Questions about Power and Internet for your booth?
Please contact Freeman who has the form. Power and Internet are purchased directly from the hotel.
🔌 Questions about Audio Visual (AV)?

🧳How do I reserve my hotel room?
Our $200 off per night room block with the hotel has limited space. Book your hotel here!
